Issue with Frame Ancestor when not logged into Facebook account

I am having issues and receiving the following error

Refused to display ‘https://www.facebook.com/v2.12/plugins/customerchat.php?app_id=&attribution=wordpress&channel=https%3A%2F%2Fstaticxx.facebook.com%2Fconnect%2Fxd_arbiter%2Fr%2Fd_vbiawPdxB.js%3Fversion%3D44%23cb%3Df109702844670f8%26domain%3Dwww.goffsautobody.com%26origin%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fwww.goffsautobody.com%252Ff2d95d0f97328a8%26relation%3Dparent.parent&container_width=0&locale=en_US&logged_in_greeting=Hi!%20How%20can%20we%20help%20you%3F&logged_out_greeting=Hi!%20How%20can%20we%20help%20you%3F&page_id=117257661668364&sdk=joey’ in a frame because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: “frame-ancestors https://www.facebook.com”.

I have reviewed the documentation and made sure to whitelist the domain and have ensured that the page is published.

The chat messenger works correctly when I am logged into Facebook, however, when I am not logged in the widget does not display at all and I receive the error.

When I connect the messenger to another Facebook page, I am able to have it work when I am both logged in and not logged into Facebook.

This leads me to believe that there may be something specific to the business account I am trying to connect to.

I have tried both the direct integration and the plugin with the same results.
