Issue with Gallery/Pictures Randon Unknown links

I don’t even know how to describe this properly. I only started noticing it in the past month, but it could have been going on longer as I really don’t have that many pictures on my website. However, this is the problem I’m having. Everytime I “edit” a picture or make a new post, a new “image” appears in my gallery. These weird…picture/library links appear in every single one of my posts in the “library” or in the “attached’ area.
