• Hello,

I am seeing an issues when trying to use this plugin in conjunction with Gravity Forms. When sending notifications with attachments, the page reports success but no email is sent.

I have checked with the Gravity forms developers and they have said the mail function is successfully called.

Everything works for other emails (password reset, etc).

Can anyone provide any tips for resolution?

    Thanks,

    Mit.

It seems Gravity forms was a red herring and the issue is related to attachment size. There is a limit of 3MB and this is a restriction of the MS Graph API method.

Is there any workaround for this?

    Thanks,

    Mit

    Hi @w3systems

    Sorry for the late response!

This plugin has come under new management, and I recommend that you consider migrating to the WPO365 | MICROSOFT GRAPH MAILER plugin for WordPress by WPO365. There is a (paid) extension WPO365 | MAIL that enables sending attachments larger than 3 MB.

Please consult the online migration guide for an easy way to upgrade.

    Hope this helps!
