Issue with has_nav_menu

  • Hey everyone…I am Sindhu trying to build a custom nav menu for my website. I am not an expert with wordpress, PHP etc. I am facing an issue with menus. I have my nav menu registered with location assigned. But still on the front end, has_nav_menu returns false and thus my menu is not shown. Could you please let me know what else might be causing the issue?

    Looking at your site, you use flatsome theme.

    Since you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product. As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
