Issue with hiding delivery address

    I assume you are using the Order Delivery Date Pro for WooCommerce plugin on your site.

    From our plugin, just the custom fields which are ‘Delivery Date’ and/or ‘Time Slot’ are hidden upon selection of Shipping methods and the Shipping methods are not hidden from our plugin.

    Can you please try by deactivating our plugin on your site and check whether the issue still exists on your site?

    Upon, deactivating our plugin on your site. If the Shipping methods work fine then please create a ticket on tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com with the URL of your website and the admin access of your site, so we can check the issue on your site.

    Hi there, no i’m not using the pro version of your plugin just the one downloaded straight of wordpress. I have deactivated the plugin and the I don’t get a no shipping methods message when switching between the two.

    In our Lite version plugin, we are just displaying the custom field which is ‘Delivery Date’ on the checkout page. We do not hide any shipping method nor any custom fields from our Lite version.
