Issue with iDEAL payment via Paypal payment gateway

    Hello,

    I’m having a bit of an issue with iDEAL payments integrated in the Paypal payment gateway.
    I’ve had 2 people in the Netherlands attempt to checkout and pay using iDEAL.

    The customer got charged, but:
    – there’s no order in WC
    – there’s nothing in the Paypal account

    I’ve contacted Paypal but they said they see nothing and can’t really help.
    I’ve found multiple other posts on this forum on this exact issue but none of them have a fix.

    Any help is appreciated, not sure what to do.

    Hello,

    I see this is a duplicate of this topic. This forum is specific to WooCommerce core issues, so questions pertaining to the PayPal Checkout plugin are better handled there.

    I’ll go ahead and close this topic, someone will help you out there soon.
