Issue with image display in review reminder email

    Hello,

    I am experiencing an issue with the images in my emails. Here’s a brief overview: when I add a picture in the mail, the image is replaced by a black square in Gmail app both on mobile and desktop. However, the image displays correctly in the Apple Mail App.

    Could you please advise how to resolve this issue and ensure the image displays correctly across all email clients?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Gmail sometimes has trouble rendering images with transparency like .png image extension. Please try to use the .jpg image extension in the review reminder email and see if it helps.
