Issue with images being uploaded but not showing

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. @soberbanda Thank you for the link, however I tried also disabling the plugins without any change. All the picture can be seen except inside the photo part of the site, they are present on the server in wp-content/uploads/bb-platform-previews, it<s just that they do not show. If I change the theme the same issue is here, I assumed this is an issue from nginx configuration, it seems nginx is not serving the images, but maybe I am wrong.

@macmanx I posted here since I am using the free plugin and apparently reaching out to buddyboss you need to buy the plugin. And the issue is happening when I use the twenty twenty one theme.

@bakingguy You can try importing those image IDs to the database using this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/media-sync, if they are not synced properly.

@soberbanda and @macmanx I finally solved it, it was an issue with symbolic links, I deactivted it from the plugin settings and it solved the issue. Thank you for your precious time and support.
