    Hello,

    I have two stores. Site1 and Site2 both have same products. I have added few new gallery images to Site1, I want to replicate the same in Site2 respective to the products.

    I am using the Import-Export CSV tool. I have exported the CSV from Site1 for the images and sku for all products. When I import the same in Site2, ideally as per the tool, the new gallery images should be upadted. But it is skipping the products saying that products don’t exist. See log. But the same products with the same SKUs do exist see screenshot

    Not sure what the issue is. Need assitance for the same.

    Thank you for the screenshots. Just to be 100%. Can you also add a screenshot of the same SKU values of your CSV file.

    Hi there,

    We apologise for the delay and thank you for the screenshot!

    Can you please specify if you’re using the default importer/exporter or a plugin?

    By default products are matched using IDs or SKUs, perhaps your .csv file also contains product IDs which do not match ones on the site?

    One thing you can do is export products from site 2 and compare the exported .csv file to one you currently have. If they match – you may want to try re-importing the .csv file you’ve exported from site 2 just to check if you’re seeing the same error.
