Issue with index builder

  • Hi,

    I have followed when i index any product it was not following chatbot and indexed product chatbot answered we don’t have this product.

    But, if i manually entry from context builder WooCommerce Product it working and bot will follow then. Not sure why.

    Instant index all products are Product only, that’s why bot not finding them.

    even if i train from train your AI chatbot not answering from there.

    Can you have any solid reason for it? why not following product too?

    Hi @devworlds

    Please go to your bot settings, navigate to the ‘Logs’ tab, and enable the ‘Save Logs‘ and ‘Save Prompt‘ options. After that, interact with your bot and then go to the ChatGPT – Log tab to view that interaction. Click on ‘Details‘ and you will see the precise context that the bot obtained from your pinecone index. Please share a screenshot of it along with your questions to the bot.

    I need to see the part right after the additional context. because that is the part where embedding context being placed.

    Hi @devworlds

    I just made couple of tests with different sites using WooCommerce and it is working fine. However from your screenshot I dont see any content being retrieved from embeddings. I am not sure what is the issue with yours as there are a lot of elements that not visible to me such as how products are being indexed, how similar they are, which pinecone environment you are using (gpc starter has some limitations) etc..
