    Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the InfoWindow style on my website using WP Go Maps. Specifically, the triangular pointer at the bottom center of the window is not being displayed correctly. Instead of the pointer appearing as expected, the bottom of the InfoWindow appears flat.

I have attached a screenshot for reference.

You can view the issue on this page: https://mauriziol25.sg-host.com/dove-dormire/.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best regards,

    Hi @francescobattisti,

Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time. I had a look at your site and it appears you are using the OpenLayers engine, which does not include the triangular point in the info-window style.

Unfortunately, at this point in time there is no way to add this into the engine, although it is something we’ll consider adding support for in the future.

If this is important for your goals, I would recommend using the Google Maps mapping engine instead which includes that as a design element.

Thank you for your thorough response! I understand the current limitations with OpenLayers, but I’m glad to hear that adding support for the triangular point might be considered in the future. I’ll definitely explore the Google Maps engine option in the meantime. Thanks again for your helpful guidance!
