Issue with IOS file loading

    Hello,

    It seems that people with Iphone or Mac have issue to upload their files on my form.

    Actually they can not validate when they click on “add to cart” button.

    File extension supported are “default wordpress”.

    Can you help me please with this issue ?

    Hello, sorry for late reply,

    still same issue but with several browser, I do not succeed to get same issue on my own devices.

    But several customers informed some documents 5even PDF) can not be loaded
