Hey there, I′ve got an issue with Jetpack boost, if I activate Concatenate and Minify JS then my website doesn’t load the images anymore (Jetpack tiled galleries and featured images) in my events. But only, when I’m not logged in wp dashboard. If I’m logged in, no problems for me. But all other users, who are not logged in, can’t see those images & galleries. So I deactivated ?Concatenate and Minify CSS and JS“ …

I posted this in the Jetpack boost forum and I’ve got this reply:
?I would recommend asking the Event Calendar plugin’s support team about the JS/ CSS files to exclude from the concatenation.

I would also recommend deactivating the Laze Image Loading module. We are going to deprecate this feature in our upcoming releases as it’s going to be a part of WordPress core soon.“

Please try to exclude the following CSS and JS files found on our knowledgebase article and see if that works for you: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wp-engine/#to-copypaste

I don’t know, if I’m doin right, I excluded the-events-calendar, events-calendar-pro, event-tickets, event-tickets-plus, the-events-calendar-filterbar, events-virtual, the-events-calendar-community-events, the-events-calendar-community-events-tickets, the-events-calendar-eventbrite-tickets

But doesn’t help …

Hi @boombatze

On their exclude settings, it is asking for “CSS/JS strings”. I’m unsure how to exclude JS and CSS files on there. Maybe you can ask them for assistance on that one?

Could I ask for the URL of page that has the issue? In addition, please also provide a screenshot where the image is not appearing. I want to check it further on my end.

Were you able to ask the Jetpack Boost team how to exclude the JS files from their settings like what is shown in our knowledgebase article? Maybe you’re excluding the JS files incorrectly.

Hey, I don’t know really what happened, but it works maybe after your update to 6.2.7
