issue with linked text being white on white back ground

    I want to ask here and would really appreciate some advice,

    the blog text if hyperlinked terns white unless hover on, but can be controlled in the theme settings, but when changed in the theme settings, it changes colours of text on the “widget boxes” how can i control it so that this does not happen? any advice even changes to the css with the strings would be highly appreciated.
