I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am facing with the integration of SCORM content into my LearnDash-powered WordPress site.

I have utilized the LearnDash plugin as the Learning Management System (LMS) solution on my website, and to incorporate SCORM content, I have employed the Udutu platform to create a SCORM zip file. In order to seamlessly integrate this SCORM content into LearnDash, I have installed and activated the "Tin Canny LearnDash Reporting" plugin.

While the SCORM content successfully adds to the lesson, I have encountered an obstacle where the "Mark Complete" button does not enable even after completing the entire lesson content. As a result, learners are unable to progress to the next stage or mark their lesson as complete.

To resolve this issue and ensure a seamless user experience, I kindly request your support and guidance. Below are the details of my website and the relevant plugins being utilized:

1. Steps to Reproduce:
    a. Access the lesson containing the SCORM content.
    b. Progress through the SCORM content until completion.
    c. Observe that the "Mark Complete" button remains disabled.

2. Expected Behavior:
    Upon completing the SCORM content, the "Mark Complete" button should become enabled, allowing learners to mark the lesson as complete.

    • Make sure you read through https://www.uncannyowl.com/knowledge-base/tin-canny-learndash-mark-complete/. We will want to know what Completion Condition you’re using and if it matches records in the Tin Can report.
    • We will want to see a screenshot of the records in the Tin Can report to confirm that a Completed, Passed, or other verb matching your condition has been captured.
