Issue with media library loading images

Please note that we don’t directly support nor have any experience with Contabo Storage so we’re limited with the support we can offer here.

That said, could you please try and temporarily disable the ‘Deliver Offloaded Media’ of the plugin and then check your Media Library if the issue persists?

If the issue persists, then it’s most likely not due to WP Offload Media. I recommend temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to a default theme to find the culprit.

However, if the issue disappears once you disable the ‘Deliver Offloaded Media’ setting then we’ll need to look further into this. Would you be able to send me the debugging information from the Help tab on the site you’re having trouble with?

2. Scroll down to the “Diagnostic Info & Error Log”
3. Click the “Download” button and save to your computer
4. Reply to this email and include the text file as an attachment

I test before to remove integration for “Wasabi” in my case Contabo like that in docs in wp-config and I see it instant load all OFFLOADED images in media library? when I put again that code in wp config

It again just add loading icon in media library and it never finishes? a lot of times it just have infinity load but sometimes it load after 30 sec

When you say you’ve removed the integration, did you mean you disabled the plugin, and the images loaded properly? Perhaps all of your offloaded media are still on the server. Disabling the plugin will stop the rewriting process, and the images will all load up locally again.

It would help if we could see the current setup of your site, so we can understand the issue better. Please send in the diagnostic info as instructed in our previous reply. You may remove any sensitive data.

Not to disable plugin just to remove that code from wp-config and after that it load instant all offloaded images from object, not my local media storage, it load object images in media library….

Would you please try editing your wp-config.php file and replace this line –

define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

With these lines –

define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);

This means that any errors are logged to /wp-content/debug.log, because some errors are not visible on screen. More details about that at https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#wp_debug

Can you try the process again and then attach the debug.log file with your reply.

I enable but in log file I dont get see any errors that is related to WP Offload Media plugin

I see in your diagnostics that you are using the Pro version of WP Offload Media. Do you have a current license with us? If so, could you open a ticket with us by using the Email Support form found in the Support tab of WP Offload Media on your site? Kindly mention this thread as well so that we know that it’s just a continuation.

Also, kindly confirm ithat the WP_DEBUG constants are found above / before the line /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ and the line with wp-settings.php

I see errors in logs, but nothing that is regards WP Offload Media plugin

Just to make sure this isn’t a conflict issue, could you please try and temporarily deactivate other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty-twenty Three to see if the issue persists? Then please try activating other plugins one by one until the issue happens again.

If this is a live site, we recommend performing the troubleshooting steps on a dev/staging environment first. If that’s not possible, we would just suggest performing the steps during off-peak hours and create a backup beforehand.

Also, if you have an active license, we highly recommend reaching out via the plugin’s support tab as we would be able to investigate and troubleshoot this issue further. As mentioned, please make sure to include this thread so we can continue where we left off.
