Issue with Mega Menu Not Applying to Custom Menu

I am experiencing an issue with the Mega Menu plugin. I have a two custom menu set up on my WordPress site, but the Mega Menu options do not seem to apply to this menu. I believe it might be due to the fact that this is not the primary menu for the entire website.

Can anyone confirm if the plugin requires the menu to be set as the main navigation menu in order for the Mega Menu features to work properly? I would appreciate any guidance on how to enable the Mega Menu functionality for my custom menu.
