Issue with message sending

  • Thanks for this cool plugin. I’m having trouble with it.

    I installed the shortcode and it shows as expected on my page. I fill the form out, it says the message has been sent but I never receive it.

    I changed the shortcode to [essential_form label_email=”[email protected]] but same issue (no email received).

    Q2: is there a way NOT to have people check the privacy policy checkbox, and just disable this whole function?

    Edit: The sending part works, it was stuck in my spam folder. I’d still like to know if it’s possible to disable the privacy policy text/checkbox?
