  • For products with up to 20 variations, the variations data is loaded with the page. For products with more than 20 variations, the variations data is loaded using ajax. This method was introduced with WooCommerce version 2.4.

    Have you recently updated to WC 2.4.x, or maybe this is your first product with more than 20 variations?

    Deactivate other plugins to be able to rule out a plugin conflict. If the problem remains, switch to the default theme to determine whether or not this is a theme problem.

    If you can narrow down the fault to your theme, ensure you have the latest version. If so, ask your theme developer for support. Maybe they have not updated the theme to work with WC 2.4.
