Issue with my Backups and Elementos

  • Good day,

    I’m Jennifer Carolina Cruz Barbosa and I have a Neubox hosting.
    I am creating my website through the WordPress application in Cpanel of my domain barbosastory.com, the problem is that I do not know what happens to my site that at 24 hours it presents errors, it no longer displays the information, it takes more than 30 seconds to load and basically it doesn’t work, so I have to upload a backup that I have of the site every day for it to work. I would like to know what causes this error and how to solve it.

    The site, as I mentioned, is on wordpress and only has the following plugins:

    Elements
    Hello dolly
    Akismet Anti-Spam
    Hide Page and Post Title
    Limit Login Attempts Reloaded
    Title Remove
    WPForms Lite

    and the theme is OceanWP

    Wordpress version is 5.7

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
