Issue with nbsp in headings

Hi,

I have found a conflict with the following plugin: https://pl.www.ads-software.com/plugins/sierotki/

If the heading contains   entity, the Table of Contents is not working properly e.g.:

– this anchor works: https://thecamels.org/kompendium-jak-zabezpieczyc-wordpressa/#unikaj-przestarzalego-oprogramowania

The “Sierotki” plugin uses priority PHP_MAX_INT to modify the content.

I suppose that your scripts creates list of headings and during matching does not detect modified titles with non-breaking space entities. I think that you should just ignore &nbps; entities during parsing the titles.
