Issue with Ninja Form

Hi,

I am using a three field Ninja form and when I press the submit button I goto a different site

https://www.xyz.com/tosearch?from=field_7&to=field_8&start=field_10

The values of field_7, field_8 and field_10 are not getting populated.

What could be the error ?
