Issue with Ninja Popup

Hi
I have an issue on my ecoommerce.
I’m using Ninja Popup and Mailpoet and is impossible for every user to subscrive to our newsletter. There’s always an error “MailPoet error message: Missing value for custom field “Privacy Policy”

How can i resolve?

Already Tried to:
to Erase all the newsletter form on mailpoet (no work)
create a form with email input and personalized privacy policy checkbox (no work)
create a form with only with email input (no work)
