Issue with Ona Travel

  • Hello !

    I use “Ona Travel” on this site : https://generation2024-rhone.edu.ac-lyon.fr . Today there is an issue. There is a white page

    I use “WP Safe Mode” to find from what plugin the issue is.

    If I use the theme “Ona” with all the active plugins everything is OK.

    If I use “Ona Travel” either with just “WP Safe Mode” I have a white page with just this message “Ce thème a été construit pour la fonctionnalité expérimentale d’édition complète de site de WordPress. Vous devez installer et activer l’extension Gutenberg pour le faire fonctionner.”

    I tried with and without “Gutenberg” plugin and the issue is still there.

    I use “Ona Travel” with another site and I have no issue.

    I do not understand what is the problem.

    Can you help ?

    The issue is just with the homepage.

    Is there a minimal version of PHP to use “Ona” ?

    The message that you’re getting is likely related to your WordPress installation or hosting configuration. Your links unfortunately do not work, I’m getting Application is not available message. The minimal PHP version for Ona theme is 5.6.

    Try navigating to Appearance > Editor and edit Front Page template, make some minor change, then save it.

    Hello.

    I go back to the previous version of the site without the plugin Gutenberg and the issue was solved.

    I think that the plugin Gutenberg caused the issue. And it is not necessary to use FSE.
