Issue with Open Graph Images Not Displaying When Sharing Links

    Dear SEO Press Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I have encountered with the SEO Press plugin. When sharing my website link on iMessage and Facebook Messenger, the image I have set for the page does not appear. This functionality used to work correctly, but recently, the image no longer shows up.

    Interestingly, when I test the link using the Facebook Debugger tool, the Open Graph image appears correctly. However, the image still does not show up when I actually share the link in messages.

    Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue and how it can be resolved? Any guidance or recommendations you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    everything is ok on your site.

    We have tested this on a FB account successfully too.

    I suggest you to clear your browser cache and try again your link.

    If the FB debugger tool is OK, nothing to worry about.

    @rainbowgeek Yes, we cleared the cache. But not good.
    Only if we want to share a Facebook post. But it’s not good in a message.

    The response code from your site was incorrect from the FB debug tool.

    We ask to crawl again your homepage and now it works (tested on Messenger).

    Weird because source code still ok, as well as the FB debug tool.

    Do you have any security plugin, firewall (Cloudflare?) or something related that could prevent the FB bot to crawl your source code?
