Issue with Optional Fields Being Incorrectly Marked as Required in CF7

    I am experiencing an issue with my Contact Form 7 setup and would appreciate your assistance.

    In my form, I have two optional fields.

    When navigating through the form using the TAB key, these fields are unexpectedly flagged as required, displaying validation errors. Despite this, the form allows submission without data in these fields.

    Steps Taken to Resolve:
    1. Field Configuration: Verified that these fields are correctly defined as optional in the form configuration, without the asterisk (*) indicating required fields.
    2. Plugin and Theme Conflicts: Deactivated all plugins except Contact Form 7 and switched to a default WordPress theme. The issue persists, suggesting no conflicts.
    3. Custom Scripts: Confirmed that there are no custom JavaScript scripts affecting form validation.
    4. Updates: Ensured that WordPress, Contact Form 7, and all other plugins are up to date.
    5. Console Errors: Checked the browser console during form interaction; no errors are reported.

    Could you provide guidance on resolving this anomaly where optional fields are incorrectly flagged as required during TAB navigation? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
