Issue with page image/headline loading

I’m having an issue with the green/orange image loading properly. At first it was just on mobile, but now it is sporadically on desktop. There is a slightly transparent image of sports balls in the green block. It has an animated headline using Elementor (I’ve had to turn it off on mobile because it gets “stuck” now). The sports balls don’t show for a long time. The animated headline is shifting and getting stuck. I was told to set this page to be excluded on page optimization tuning, but it doesn’t work. What other suggestions? I’ve purged all caches and that will be a temporary fix before it quickly reverts to doing it again. I am using LiteSpeed with perfmatters, Elementor Pro, Cloudflare CDN.
