Issue with pagination

Hello,
I am having issues with my blog pagination.
My blog url is
examle.com/blog

The pagination in home page is not working properly, while I click page 2 from pagination, the url changes to /blog/page/2/?pagedvar=598171f7395b8, the page reloads and displays the same page.
When I tried
examle.com/blog/home/
the pagination works shows different posts, but the 1st post is always the latest post, also the site url is blog/home/ so when i take any blog, then url becomes /blog/%post%/

I am using Kleo theme
