Issue with paste as text always selected

    We love this plugin, we use it for our bbpress forum and the have one issue.

    The thing is, that, as preset it always have the ¨paste as text¨option selected, so if users wants to paste something they have to disable that option in first place.

    Also, if we remove that option from the editor (tinymce), that options always stays on.

    Is it possible to fix this?
