Issue with Payment link

  • Please help us with this.

    Sometimes I click on donate and next page I will fill in the details, click on donate again. It just goes to the page https://projectdefy.org/donation-processing/3677/. and it displays Error: Something went wrong. Please try again later. Go back!
    If I refresh now, it redirects to the Instamojo payment link. Sometimes it just shows empty space also.

    Please help us resolve this issue soon.

  • I am facing the same issue of Error: Something went wrong. Please try again later. Go back!.. Even after refreshing the page countless times sometimes it doesn’t move to the payment gateway.

    Hi @devv963 and @nithesh123,

    To be clear, are you both using Instamojo as your payment gateway? Charitable itself and none of our extensions trigger that particular error, so I’m guessing it may be an issue specifically related to the Instamojo integration.

    If that’s the case, could you get in touch with that plugin’s developer?
