Issue with paypal setup

Hello,

I am setting up paypal on woocommerce for multi store. They are all connecting to the same paypal account.

When I started with the setup, I added the payment method on two stores, but when trying to add it to more stores, I see that the api created in paypal, also I see the paypal button on the cart page

on the checkout page I see the error “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

I tried to recreate the connection many times but still giving the same error.
