I downloaded your plugin, setup the Gateway ID and Password in the settings area like shown in the screenshot and I setup the form feed.

Whenever I test the form I get the error message, “You must provide the Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code, and Cardholder’s Name.” which appears next to the date field that I have chosen.

A few things I see might be an issue:

    1) Credit card type – what are we supposed to put here? (ie – I have a dropdown that says, “visa, mastercad, discover, american express”) is that sufficient?

    2) How do you want the date formatted? (ie. – I have it so that its a two digit month and four digit year – 02/2016)

    3) Cardholders name – should this be a name field that is converted to “simplified” so that the full name (1st and last) is in one box? OR can it be a name field with the full name in two different boxes? (one box for first name and one box for last name) OR – Does it need to be a plain input field with the full name in that one field?

Please reply ASAP as we are trying to get this going right away.

“You must provide the Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code, and Cardholder’s Name.”

This tells me that there isn’t a credit card field in your form.

“Whenever I test the form I get the error message, “You must provide the Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code, and Cardholder’s Name.” which appears next to the date field that I have chosen.”

I’d like to see a screenshot of where you are seeing this.

“1) Credit card type – what are we supposed to put here? (ie – I have a dropdown that says, “visa, mastercad, discover, american express”) is that sufficient?”

Again, this comes from the credit card field automatically.

    2) How do you want the date formatted? (ie. – I have it so that its a two digit month and four digit year – 02/2016)

Same, from the credit card field.

I think you need to add the credit card field to your form to get this plugin to work for you.

“Please reply ASAP as we are trying to get this going right away.”

This plugin is offered as is and has been shared with you is a gift, and support is also added as a volunteer effort, so please refrain from demands on the forums.

Would love to hear back from you on if this helped.

Look at https://cloudup.com/can40CY76rv for what the credit card looks like. You add it from https://cloudup.com/ctUTfFBPK5N

When you setup your feed you can select the right fields from this as in https://cloudup.com/cwUXv7NzY2G

    Hope that helps too.
