    Shipping suddenly stopped working, in woocommerce settings-shipping-ups- the only error i see is “250007 – The UserId is currently locked out, please try again in 30 minutes.” The userid and password were not typed incorrectly so its kind of odd.

    Hi @nebcreative,

    the message is received from the UPS API so the account credentials is not correct or there is a temporary problem with the UPS API.

    Please check your account credentials again and if your account is still blocked, please contact UPS support. They will be able to check why the account is blocked.

    thank you, so apparently the very helpful client changed the password without telling me, then moved to say how the shipping function isnt working on the site, typical lol, Thank you very much for the response. Do you have a premium version of this plugin or a donation feature, as it has worked great, other than this password situation.
