    Hello,

    We’ve recently set up your plugin (please refer to the screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/qUiKlWW ), but we’re encountering an issue where the value of the items is consistently showing as 0. We’re unsure about what might be going wrong in our configuration.

    Could you kindly assist us in resolving this issue?

    We’re not very experienced in this area, so we would greatly appreciate any guidance or advice you can provide.

    I’ve recently consulted with the person responsible for configuring our plugin, and according to their feedback, the plugin isn’t displaying any errors. When completing the fields on the interface, the feed is generated successfully, but unfortunately, it lacks product information.

    Our immediate need is to obtain a feed containing all products currently listed on our e-commerce platform, to link seamlessly with the Merchant Center.

    If I understand correctly, the plugin is functioning without errors, and the feed is being generated, but it seems not all products from your webshop are being reflected in this feed. Is that an accurate description of the problem?

    I’d like to point out that the free www.ads-software.com version of our plugin has a limitation where it can include up to 100 products in the product feed. This might be why not all products from your e-commerce platform are appearing in the feed you’re generating.

    If your needs exceed this limit and you require a feed that includes all products listed on your e-commerce platform, you might want to consider upgrading to the premium version of our plugin, which doesn’t have this limitation.     All right, thanks for the clarification! My colleague confirms we exceed 100 products, likely causing display issues. We will discuss the plugin purchase with our client and sincerely thank you for your support.
