Issue with Plugin Functionality

    Dear Support Team,

    I recently downloaded your plugin, and I must say it is visually appealing. However, I am experiencing some issues with its functionality. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving the following problems:

    1. The Post/Story Timeline module seems to display the same content repeatedly. Currently, I have two test articles on my website, but the module only shows one of them consistently.
    2. Similarly, the Post Content module also displays the same post repeatedly, rather than cycling through different posts as expected.
    3. On the other hand, the Post Title module is the only module that appears to be functioning correctly.

    I have tried troubleshooting the issue on my own, but I have been unable to find a solution. I believe there may be a glitch or misconfiguration with the plugin settings.

    Hi,

    The link you’ve shared displays the Timeline widget which has 2 items (posts) and they are different. Also, if you are using Post Content or Post Title widgets, they both should be used on a Single Page template (Theme Builder) so they can’t repeat the same content.
