issue with plugin's readme.txt updating in subversion

  • Ok, so this is my first time using subversion and I’m using TortoisSVN to deal with that beast.

    I’ve figured out how to commit changes to trunk, assets and create tags for every new version.

    I’ve been having issues with readme.txt file not rendering properly, so I had to update it several times. For some reason it was getting messed up each time.

    I was able to update it inside trunk folder, but now it stuck on the the most recent readme file in the tags folder. I tried overwriting it, but its not letting me.

    Is there a way to update readme file for the plugin correctly?
