Hi! For some reason, the “Close” button doesn’t appear when the popup appears on iOS devices. I have read this thread:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/apple-compatibility/

and replied to it, a few days ago, but my post was removed. Anyway, I’m not getting the error message mentioned in the “Apple Compatibility” thread. The popup appears but the close button doesn’t. I can send a screenshot, privately, if that helps. Could this issue be related to the issue being investigated for the “Apple Compatibility” thread?

    Thanks in advance!

  • Dear @tomdkat,

Please, send us a link to a test page with your popup so we can check the issue live.
Also, a screenshot would be helpful as well.

Thanks for the info! I’ll send you email shortly. ??

    Dear @tomdkat,

We’ll be looking forward to receiving it. ??

After investigating the issue, we found that the issue is connected to one of our popup opening animations.

For all the other users reading this thread, the issue was connected with our “Flip” opening animation.

The rest of all the other opening animations work correctly on Apple devices.
So we recommended selecting any other of the suggested animations till the issue with the first animation is fixed in our upcoming updates.

Closing this thread here for now.
