    Hi,

    I have an issue with the WooCommerce PPOM PRO plugin, Version 32.0.8. When a customer purchases a product, they fill out the PPOM field, but this field is not displayed in the order summary. There hasn’t been such an issue up until now. Please help me as the situation is frustrating for me and my customers (some fields are required to place an order, and then I have to ask for the same information). Thank you!

    Hi!
    I have a free version of the PPOM. Can you advise on what to do to fix this issue? Lately, I haven’t been adding new plugins and haven’t made any changes to the program’s settings. Many thanks.

    We are having the same issue.

    Here’s a bit more info. We have multiple conditional selects for selecting make and model. Some orders come through fine, others come through with just the product name and no details.     You’ve mentioned that there are cases where the values of the PPOM fields are visible on the Orders page of WooCommerce, while in others, they are not. To better assist you, could you please clarify if this inconsistency occurs with the same product being added to the order? Specifically, I’d like to understand if it’s the same PPOM field that behaves differently in various scenarios.

    Also, are you using a third-party plugin to add custom information to the Orders page of WooCommerce? In case so, I’d like to mention that PPOM is not compatible with all such extensions. You can share its name and I will register an enhancement for the plugin.

    We’ve looked at all the orders and tried to determine anything that would link the orders that miss the details but we don’t see any consistencies. Some come through fine and others are missing all the selected details. We are using the Astra theme, other than that there is nothing custom or special about our checkout.

    We are having the exact same issue. Pretty big problem at peak selling time. I wonder would rolling back to the previous version temporarily fix it.
