Issue with premium template

I have purchased premium template just to show the thumbnail in the invoice, and its working good, but the some fields are missing from the “Total rows” , i tried adding those fields in the customizer but i cant get to work. these fields are working good in free simple template, see 2 attached pic, https://imgur.com/a/pBTOcEH

i am struggling with it, any help is appreciated.
