issue with primary navigation- parent and child pages appearing incorrectly

  • I am having an issue with the primary navigation.
    The layout on the sitemap works correctly as below.
    https://www.organicwebdesign.com.au/royalhospitalforwomen/contact/sitemap

    But the subpages and parent pages are not appearing correctly in the Primary navigation bar at top of page.
    ie.
    Parent page: LOCATION (doesnt appear with the Subpages ADDRESS & PARKING- they appear as parent page)
    Parent page: CONTACT ( this works fine and shows the correct dropdown for sitemap).
    Parent page: HOSPITAL SERVICES (doesnt appear with the Subpages BIRTH CENTRE, MATERNITY & ULTRASOUND- they appear as parent page)
    Parent page: VISITING HOURS (doesnt appear)
    Parent page: MUMS N BUBS (doesnt appear)

    I dont understand how the Contact page works correctly but the others dont, the parent and child pages are done correctly i have double checked.

    Any idea what the issue is. Someone please help?
