When Printful Shipping is enabled an Internal Error is reported in the cart beside shipping and the order cannot be completed. When Printful Shipping is disabled order can be completed successfully. I am trying to get my site launched and have spent a solid week trying to solve this issue. I have contacted my hosting company and WooCommerce who have all reported that there is an error with the Printful Shipping plugin feature. They have done the following:
    Disabled all plugins
    Disable theme
    Force HTTP API Connection
Adding W,H,L to the test product
After all this and further investigation, they came to the conclusion that the problem is internal within the plugin itself or it is not correctly set on its 3rd party service.

I have contacted Printful support directly and have received virtually no communication after extended periods of time.

I have upgraded to PHP 7.2.19, and am using WordPress 5.2.2, WooCommerce 3.6.5, Printful 2.1.4 Everything is updated and current.

Can you please elaborate on what the issue is that the developers have narrowed down?

I was emailed yesterday by Printful saying that there was not an issue with the plugin but that it was an error with my host. So I now have another support ticket I have had to purchase from my hosting company for them to once again investigate the same issue I have already paid for them to investigate once. I would like to not spend this money on a second investigation of the same thing if you can please identify what the issue is that your developers have found then I can contact my host and perhaps get a refund before they get too deep.

This issue does not need to be marked as “Resolved” in this forum until it is indeed resolved with a functional plugin update that fixes the issue.

    Hey Erica,

Thank you for getting back to me!
I am sorry that we miscalculated the concerns you had encountered.
Our developer team checked in with these concerns in more detail and concluded that it does appear to be an issue with our plugin.

A fix for the functionality of our shipping rates is scheduled for next week and we believe that it will also fix the problem you’ve encountered.

We’ll leave the ticket open up to that point!

Please notify me as soon as the update is ready so that I can test it and hopefully launch my store.

    Thank you

I have updated the plugin and ran a test order which worked successfully. Thank you!

    Hey Erica,

    Thank you for the update.
We’re really glad to hear that our most recent update fixed the issue! ??

Be sure to reach out to us again, if you encounter any additional questions or concerns!

It needs updating again… Just spent 20 minutes on chat tech support with an actual human being… He said ‘we’ll send it to our support team and get back to you’… We’ll see how long it takes.
