• Hello,
On Woocommerce dashboard we realize that when we filter by category, many of them show a count of products that doesnt match the list shown below.
After disabling themes and plugins one by one we realized it was a conflict with your plugin.
After we deactivated, the product count match the category count. Could you please kindly check and try to fix it? Thanks

  • Hi @djwilko12,

    1) Please share the auction plugin name and version which you are using for your site.

    2) Do you use any third-party plugin or default widget of the WooCommerce plugin for category filter? Please share the plugin name and download link. So, we can test this issue on our server and let us know.

    3) Can you record a video of your problem and share it with us? Also, please explain your query in detail. It will help us to understand your query properly.

    Thank You

Hi @payalrajyaguru , we are using Ultimate Auction For WooCommerce 2.2.3.
    We dont use any other.
If you share any private channel i can grant you admin access so you can check and help you find the bug.
    Thanks

    Hi @djwilko12,

    Thanks for your reply.

Please update the “Ultimate Auction for WooCommerce” plugin to the latest version(2.2.4) on your site.

We need to first understand your query. Once you will share the video of your issue, we will test it accordingly on our server. If your issue will not reproduce on our server then we will think further?about debugging?the issue on your site. We are working in this way.

So, please record a video of your issue and share it with us.

    Thank You

    Hello,
We recorded this video for you: https://youtu.be/s291eWHl6uc
As you can see, items count shows correctly only after deactivating your plugin. We tried deactivating all of the Plugins until we found the Auction plugin was generating this conflict. Thanks

We need to check the setup of your site, active plugins and theme which you are using on your site. Your WordPress site has a theme and many plugins installed, it might be possible that due to some conflict on your site, this error is happening.

    1) Could you please share WooCommerce System Report? It can be found – WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.

This will help us analyze the WordPress setup that you are running and will give us an idea if WP and related software’s used are using the latest version or not.

    2) Could you also share which theme you are using and share its zip if it is paid so that we can install and test it in-house.

    3) Please test this issue again after doing the below setting.

Go to Admin dashboard -> Auctions -> Settings -> Shop page settings -> Enable the setting to show the expired auction products.

    Thank You
