Issue with Product Image Display

    Dear Team,

    I have unchecked all these and yet, I dont see any zoom, slider or lightbox feature in the product images: https://snipboard.io/oe8MUg.jpg
    When I click any image thumbnail, it takes to the image URL, which I dont want. I want more like a lightbox, preferably with arrows for navigation to previous/next images.

    Can you please help?
    Am I Missing something?

    Hi @indiatrotter

    It might be the theme you’re using that has not added support for the product gallery zoom and lightbox, or maybe you need to enable it within the theme settings?

    StoreCustomizer only adds the option to remove them as they should come standard with WooCommerce.

    Have you asked the theme developers about this?

    Ok..but, I tested with other plugins.
    Then the product gallery zoom and lightbox features worked.

    So, I thought of checking with you once if there is anything else in the setup that I should be aware of for the functionality to work.
    Can you think of anything like that?

    I did not contact the theme builder.
