Issue with product quantities

Hi, I set all quantities in each product, but after I used POS a lot of quantities were wrong, also of other products I didn’t sold. In some cases the quantities were more than before and the customer has bought it when it should be sold out.

Other question is: can I set two different barcode for each product? I need this because I have a code for the product but my printer need barcode with only numbers.

I am using the free version because I wanted to test it so please let me know if the paid version works better.
