issue with qty not isplaying in product or cart

    jigoshop1.13.3 (latest)
    with jigotheme and no plugins i do not get the qty box numbers to dispaly, i can add to the cart , change qty’s using the + or – but not see a actual number in the qty box.
    what is the issue?
