Issue with radio/other

    I have a field with radio/other as the type. When users go to edit their profile if they tick any of the radio options that contains an ‘&’ character (for example: ‘film & video’) and then save their profile. The options with an ‘&’ character become unticked and the text for the option they had ticked then appears in the ‘other’ field i.e. the ‘other’ text box now contains the text from the option that was ticked.

    I’m unable to see the problem. Are you using the latest version of Participants Database? What is the “options” configuration for your radio button?

    I’m updated to the latest version.

    I’ve made a video showing the issue I’m having. It seems to only occur when two options are ticked that contain an ‘&’ character, I’ve shown in the video that changing it to ‘and’ gets rid of the issue (but I prefer the look of &). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nXbenU2paZ4&feature=youtu.be

    OK, so that is a multiselect checkbox…anyway, I see the issue now, yes it’s a bug. The data is getting stored correctly, and I see it showing up correctly when the record is edited or displayed. The issue seems to crop up when the value is first saved and the form is showing the value.

    I’ll have to put this into the next update, thanks for taking the time to document it!
