Issue with Read More / Read Less not functioning

  • I’m having an issue with the Read More / Read Less not working on 2 profiles in this URL –> https://www.counselingjoplin.com/counselors/

    Affected users are Amber Tipton and Emily Wickstrom but if I reorder these profiles in Simple Staff List plugin then it affects different user so it seems to be the placement of profiles in the Order list.

    Viewing the HTML it looks like there is a </div> right before Amber and Emily’s written profile that is causing the issue.

    I’m unable to edit the HTML code in WordPress. Are there any recommendations you can provide?
