    Hi,

I am using wpforms for a simple contact form, in the settings I assigned a specific e-mail address from my webhosting provider (godaddy – roundcube e-mail) to send the notifications to. I left it without confirming receiving e-mails as it wasn’t necessary at the time. Currently I received on my site admin account e-mail (from it to itself) that there are over 40 entries. When I went through the e-mail designated nothing was there!! What could be preventing me from receiving these information?

These entries are of great importance at the moment, will upgrading to pro will give me access to previous entries?

    Thank you,

    Hi @darkprofessor,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.

To troubleshoot the issue, you can check that your form notification settings are configured correctly by following our tutorial.

If your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely due to server configuration issues and/or strict email spam prevention settings that are wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

The paid version of WPForms has the feature to store future entries that are made in the plugin.

However, WPForms Lite (our free version) does not have the ability to store entries, so your previous form submissions made using WPForms Lite will not be available in the paid version. Sorry for any confusion around this.

Could you please let me know if you have any questions?

    Thanks!
