Issue with Renewal of Some Memberships

Hello Team,
Identified Problem: Users are making payments for their membership renewals and the charges are correctly confirmed by the bank. However, the system does not update the membership status, which continues to appear as expired. Also, the confirmation emails for the payment are not being sent. The payment history shows three entries for a single payment, all with the same transaction key, but the email is not sent and the membership appears as expired.
Additional Note: I have noticed that this issue occurs with old memberships that no longer exist in the backend but previously had no errors during renewals.
