Issue with Responsive mega menu

We have installed the WP Mega Menu Plugin in the below website.

The Mega Menu is working good in the desktop, while in Mobile Responsive, Sub Menu is not opening while clicking the Main Menu, instead it is redirecting to the Pages..

Can you please and fix the issue, as it should open the SubMenu while clicking the Mani Menu..
